How to: Recycle a Rubber Hose into a Cheap & Comfy Chair

Dear gardener, now that winter is upon us perhaps it is time to look at some garden tasks we can accomplish in the workshop.  I thought this design was great and most gardeners have an old rubber hose laying around!  Hope to see several of these chairs in Jeffco this summer!
